How to Use

1. Apply Redesign with Prima® Decoupage Gel in Matte or Shiny to the clean, prepared surface.
2. Position the decoupage fiber paper and smooth it gently, working out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
3. Apply another even layer of Decoupage Gel over the top of the paper.
4. Allow the project to dry completely.
