How To Use
Apply Redesign with Prima® Decoupage Gel in Matte or Shiny to the prepared surface. Position the fiber paper and smooth gently. Apply Decoupage Gel over the top of the paper. Allow it to dry completely. Finish the project with an appropriate topcoat for lasting protection.
